Well I managed to finally unbreak the forums with the assistance of the good people over at Simple Machine Forums.

Forums are working again.

Hi listeners,

I’ve kicked off a new project called God, For and Against if that is of interest to anybody. Basically examining different arguments for and against God in detail. May or may not be of interest to people here. But if it is check it out. It is a written project, maybe turn it into an audio book if enough gets written. I’m open to suggestions, criticisms etc. And when I fix the forums i’ll set up a section for it.

It would appear that I have broken the sci phi show forums good and properly. Apologies, i’ll get this fixed as soon as I have a chance.

Should I be concerned that I appear to have broken them yesterday but nobody noticed

This outcast features an interview with author and master of all things alternative history, Harry Turtledove. Harry is one of my favourite authors and i’ve read a bunch of his books. I can’t recommend his works highly enough. And now i’ll stop behaving like a school girl with a crush

Yay for the good people at Phonic and Smithy’s.

I have a new mixer power supply and better yet, it was covered under warranty. Happy days.

Hi Loyal Listeners,

Unfortunately I don’t seem to be able to catch a break lately. I sat down to do some editing this weekend and record the show and I smelt the wonderful aroma of burning plastic. At this point I discovered the power supply on my mixer was quite hot and the source of the smell. Additionally my mixer stopped working.

So I am attempting to source a new power supply for the mixer (today if all goes well). I did the intro audio of the last outcast with my wifes gaming headset, and I don’t want to subject you to a whole show done like that.

On the up side, I will attempt to get out more outcasts. Though I have been saying that for a month now.

Should I be concerned that nobody emails when the show is late or the rate of outcasts drop off ? Is nobody listening anymore ?
